NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Joseph Irwin has filed an application for a Simple Subdivision to create two parcels located within one mile of town limits in the N1/2 of Section 22, T24N, R68W, Platte County, Wheatland, Wyoming. Public hearings for this request will be held by the Town of Wheatland Planning & Zoning Commission on Thursday, June 3, 2021 at 5:30 pm and Wheatland Town Council on Monday, June 14, 2021 at 7:00 pm in the Town Hall Council Chambers at 600 9th St. Wheatland, Wyoming; and Platte County Planning & Zoning Commission on Tuesday, July 13, 2021 at 7:00 pm and Board of County Commissioners on Tuesday, July 20, 2021 at 10:00 am in the Commissioner’s Chambers, located in the basement of the County Courthouse at 800 9th Street, Wheatland, Wyoming.
