LEGAL NOTICE
Pursuant to W.S. §4-10-507:
1. Joan C. Branscom died on the 30th day of September 2026, a resident of Platte County, Wyoming.
2. The Decedent created the Joan C. Branscom Living Trust dated July 1, 2016.
3. Brenda Branscom is Successor Trustee of said trust.
4. The Successor Trustee of said trust hereby publishes notice of her intent to distribute the assets of the Settlor as permitted under the terms of the trust.
5. Creditors have 120 days from the first publication of this notice to contact the trust or make claims against the assets of the trust. Claims should be addressed to the Trustees of the Joan C. Branscom Living Trust dated July 1, 2016, in care of Cook and Associates, P.C., P.O. Box 1345, Laramie, WY 82073. Creditor claims not filed within 120 days of the first publication are forever prohibited.
