WHEATLAND – With the first day of school just around the corner and the recent closing of Shopko, parents may be thinking about heading out of town for school supplies. But before you pay for the gas to get you down to Cheyenne, why not head to Ace Hardware in Wheatland instead?
Ace owners Ken and Dorothy Kriebel in an effort to fill a service in our community, has stocked all the school supplies required by Platte County School District No. 1. Individual supply lists for grades and teachers are located behind the counter all anyone needs to do is ask for them. They are just waiting for the arrival of three more items to have the complete assortment.
