Jane Ann Musselman Kramer

Jane was born Aug. 26, 1949 to Ed and Helen Musselman in Wheatland and passed away May 25. Jane attended school in Wheatland and graduated in the class of 1967. Following graduation, Jane attended Presbyterian Medical Center of Nursing and graduated in the class of 1972. On Feb. 16, 1973 Jane married Gene Kramer in Sterling, Colo. a daughter, Heather Nicole, was born in March 1974.
Jane’s passion was being a nurse and taking care of others in the nursing home and hospital settings. As the director of the Home Health Care, she took care of so many people all over Yuma County. Jane felt that health care was so important for the community of Wray, instead of 9 News where things weren’t done locally, Jane developed Wray Community District Hospital Health Fair where things were kept “in house.”
In 1997, Jane decided to retire from nursing end enjoy her other passion, her green thumb. To pursue this passion, Jane and her daughter Nicole opened The Green Stem to enjoy a slower pace growing things in ther green house and being involved with her grandchildren.
Jane is preceeded in death by her parents, Ed and Helen Mussleman and in-laws, A.C. and Marie Kramer.
Jane is survived by her husband, Gene, daughter Nicole and son-in-law, Steve. Grand-daughters Malaika and Breelyn Frank and grandson Pason Frank. Brother Norman Musselmand and wife, Linda of Cheyenne as well as many nieces and nephews.
Jane requested no services and a private family inurnment.
