Matthew Wilhelm was Wheatland’s delegate to the 2018 Wyoming Boys’ State program June 2-8 in Douglas. The American Legion Boys’ State program is among the most respected educational programs of government instruction for high school students in the nation. Students learn about and become part of the operation of their local, county and state governments. College credit is offered to attendees.
