Thank you for the recent article which explained proper care/disposal when flags are damaged and unserviceable. In addition to the Wheatland Police Dept, unserviceable USA and Wyoming flags may be taken to Wheatland’s VFW Post 3558 (1401 9th Street) and dropped-in the 24/7 accessible receptacle outside the front door.
