You are hereby notified that Manuel Antonio Martinez Morales and Ursula Marcial Diaz have filed a Petition for Adoption of A.E.M.D., L.A.M. and J.A.M. Unless you file an Answer or Response or otherwise respond to the Petition for Adoption referenced above within thirty (30) days following the last date of publication of this notice, a default judgment will be taken against you and a Decree of Adoption will be granted providing for adoption and the change of names of A.E.M.D., L.A.M. and J.A.M.
