NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Howdy friends, this is a NOTICE! The Platte County Planning and Zoning Board will be reviewing, and possibly approving recommended changes for the following Platte County Planning and Zoning Land Use Rules and Regulations: Section 1.05.070 – Building Certificates, Section 8.05.020 – Special Use Permit Uses within a Ranching, Agriculture and Mining Classification, and Section 8.15.020(B) – Minimum setbacks for an Aggregate Extraction Operation. Public hearings for this review will be held by the Platte County Planning and Zoning Board on Tuesday, October 10th, 2023, at 6PM, and by the Platte County Commissioners on Tuesday October 17th, 2023, at 10AM, both in the County Commissioners room, located in the basement of the Platte County Courthouse at 800 9th Street, Wheatland, WY.
