Encroachment Licenses: The Board examined, and approved, an encroachment license for James R and Barbara M Hayes. Executive Session: At 9:40 AM, Commissioner Mantle motioned, seconded by Commissioner Jolovich, to call for an executive session for personnel matters pursuant to Wyoming Statute 16-4-405(a)(ii). The motion carried. At 9:49 AM, Commissioner Mantle motioned, seconded by Commissioner Jolovich, to adjourn executive session where no decisions were made. The motion carried. Executive Session: At 10:25 AM, Commissioner Jolovich motioned, seconded by Commissioner Mantle, to call for an executive session for personnel matters pursuant to Wyoming Statute 16-4-405(a)(ii). The motion carried. At 11:46 AM, Commissioner Jolovich motioned, seconded by Commissioner Mantle, to adjourn executive session where no decisions were made. The motion carried. Agreements for Consideration: Commissioner Jolovich motioned, seconded by Commissioner Mantle, to approve a grant agreement with the State Loan & Investment Board. The motion carried. Commissioner Mantle motioned, seconded by Commissioner Jolovich, to approve a school resource officer agreement with Platte County School District #1. The motion carried. Commissioner Mantle motioned, seconded by Commissioner Jolovich, to approve a dispatching agreement with the Wyoming Military Department. The motion carried. Bid Approval: Commissioner Mantle motioned, seconded by Commissioner Jolovich, to approve the concrete bid from Capstone in the amount of $8,248.00. The motion carried.
