NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
TAKE NOTICE that by virtue of a Judgment entered against Norman Strickholm in favor of AGH Farms, LLC, a Wyoming Limited Liability Company on the 29th day of March, 2023, in the amount of $340,669.52, plus accruing post judgment interest and costs, the undersigned will sell to the highest bidder at 10:00 a.m. on October 5, 2023, the following described real property:
A tract of land located in the NE¼ Section 27, Township 24 North, Range 68 West of the 6th P.M., Platte County, Wyoming, being a portion of those parcels described in Book 427, Page 631 and Book 427, Page 633, Platte County Clerk’s Office, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corns of said Section 27 thence S0º12’52E, along the East line of the NE¼ of said Section 27, a distance of 1208.15 feet; thence N89º25’46”W, along with and parallel to the North line of the NE¼ of said Section 27, a distance of 176.45 feet; thence N5º14’43”W, a distance of 74.42 feet; thence N18º04’27”W, a distance of 210.57; thence N21º39’37”W, a distance of 131.98 feet; thence N30º04’34”W, a distance of 451.61 feet; thence N0º12’52”W, along with and parallel to the East line of the NE¼ of said Section 27, a distance of 423.82 feet to a point on the North line of said Section27; thence S89º25’46”E along said North line, a distance of 520.70 feet to the point of beginning.
The sale shall be conducted on the front steps of the Platte County Courthouse in Wheatland, Wyoming. The property being foreclosed upon may be subject to other liens and encumbrances that will not be extinguished at the sale and any prospective purchaser should research the status of title before submitting a bid.
