NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT’S ESTATE
TO ALL PERSONS INTERESTED, TAKE NOTICE:
Daylene Rae Martin died on the 11th day August 2020, at Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming; leaving Rex Martin, Dan Martin, Joni Jay Perkins, and Leann Starr as her sole heirs.
On the 1st day of August 2023, Joni Perkins filed, in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, an Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to Wyoming Statutes § 2-1-205, praying that the Court distribute all of the decedent’s interest in and to the following described real and personal property unto the above-mentioned heirs:
The North Half of Lot 15, all of Lot 16, and the South Half of Lot 17, all in Block 26, Original Town of Guernsey, Platte County, Wyoming, with all improvements thereon and rights thereunto appertaining.
Said Application has been set down for hearing before the Court at the District Court, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 8:00 a.m. on the 11th day of September 2023, where all persons interested may appear and object to the granting of the relief.
IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter its Decree of Distribution setting over all the decedent’s interest in the aforementioned real property as requested in the application filed herein.
