NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR DECREE
TAKE NOTICE that Stewart Irving, III, has filed an Application for Decree in the matter of the estate of Stewart R. Irving , Jr., wherein he alleges the said Stewart R. Irving, Jr. died on the 8th day of March, 2021, a resident of Platte County, Wyoming, that at the time of death he was the owner of the following described real property in Platte County, Wyoming:
Lot 121, Black Mountain Village, Filing #2 Town of Wheatland, Platte, County, Wyoming.
The application alleges that Stewart Irving, III, is the sole heir at law of the decedent who has the right to succeed to the title to the property and that the value of the property does not exceed $200,000.00.
The application shall be heard by the Court in the Courtroom, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, on the 7th day of July, 2022, at the hour of 8:00 a.m., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard and if it appears that the facts stated in the Application are not in dispute the Court will enter a Decree establishing the right and title to the property.
