NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DISTRIBUTION OF DECEDENT=S ESTATE

That Evelyn J. Miller, died on the 28th day of November, 2020, in Bremen, Fairfield County, Ohio, leaving Judee Mae Miller Jameson, Linda Mary Miller Thompson, Elizabeth Ann Miller Ross, Frederick John Miller, Joseph Peter Miller, Charles William Miller, Cecilia Marie Miller Carpenter, Mary Ellen Miller Vogel, Veronica Susan Miller, Ruth Evelyn Miller, Paul Edward Miller, and John Homer Miller, II, as her sole beneficiaries to the property described herein.  

That Elizabeth Ann Miller Ross, one of the above named beneficiaries, on the 11th day of May, 2022, filed in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, State of Wyoming, her Application for Decree of Distribution, pursuant to W.S. §2-1-205(LexisNexis 2020), praying that the Court adjudge the following described mineral ownership interests located in Platte County, Wyoming:

    Section 29:    ALL
    Section 30:    W1/2
    Section 32:    N1/2

    Gross Mineral Acres:  1,600.0000
    Net Mineral Acres:  66.6667

    That the said Application has been set down for a hearing before the Court at the District Courtroom, Platte County Courthouse, Wheatland, Wyoming, at 8:30 o=clock a.m., on the 28th day of June, 2022. If persons object, the Court shall set a new hearing for all parties to appear;

IF THERE ARE NO OBJECTIONS TO THE APPLICATION AND IF IT APPEARS THAT THE FACTS SET FORTH IN THE APPLICATION ARE NOT IN DISPUTE, the Court will enter into Decree of Distribution setting over the above described mineral interests as set forth above.
