NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TOWN OF WHEATLAND
PLANNING & ZONING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Wheatland will hold a public hearing on Thursday, October 10, 2019 at 5:30 P.M., or as soon thereafter as the matter may be heard, in the Town Hall Council Chamber, 600 9th St, Wheatland, WY 82201, to hear and consider:

A request by Sean and Jamie Collins on behalf of Lucinda and Thomas Collins for a Special Use Permit to permanently keep a yellow (Conex) storage container on the below mentioned location.  If the request is not approved the applicants will be required to remove the container. However if the request is approved the applications will be allowed to keep the container on the premises. The concerned property is described as part of the W 30’ of Lot 2, Lot 3 (except E. 100’ of S. 26.47’), Lots 4 & 5, Block 140, Park Addition, Wheatland, Platte County, Wyoming. The physical address of the property is 1153 South Street.  

Any person interested in the approval or rejection of such request may appear and be heard or file a written statement of approval or disapproval with the Joint Planning Office. Questions may be answered by calling 307-322-2962.
