FOR THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE
TOWN OF WHEATLAND
A special meeting of the Town Council for the Town of Wheatland, Platte County, and State of Wyoming was held in the Council Chambers of Town Hall on February 20, 2018 pursuant to the law.
Mayor Graves called the Special Meeting to order at 5:15 p.m.
The following were present at roll call: Councilmen Madsen, Ashenhurst, Britz and Schindler were present. Attorney Doug Weaver and Deputy Clerk/Treasurer Tabitha Enniss were also present.
Mayor Graves presented the agenda to Council. Councilmen Britz motioned to except the agenda as presented. Councilmen Madsen seconded the motion. Motion passed 4-0.
NEW BUSINESS: Mayor Graves presented Excel Wyoming’s Pay application #2 for payment. Discussion was had about if the Town of Wheatland could be liable for any outstanding invoices from Excel Wyoming’s subcontractors. Councilmen Britz motioned to except pay application #2 for payment seconded by councilmen Ashenhurst. Motion passed 4-0.
With nothing further to come before the Council, the meeting was adjourned at 5:35 pm. Next regularly scheduled meeting for Town Council will be March 11, 2019 at 7:00pm
