WHEATLAND – Kelly Havely was born and raised in Wheatland, graduating in 1990. 

When he isn’t working at Basin Electric as a Plant Operator, he passes the time farming and ranching. 

Havely took art classes all through school and really enjoyed it! 

He bought his first camera in 2009 and has learned to express his feelings through the lens. 

He has a blue heeler named Inga who always goes with him on his Photography excursions! 

Kelly gets his inspiration from nature and the outdoors.
