Harold Keith Billings, 86, passed away Tuesday, May 28, 2024 at the Platte County Memorial Hospital in Wheatland surrounded by his family.
Keith Billings was born on September 24, 1937 the son of Harold Everett and Ida June (Whipple) Billings in Wheatland.
