WHEATLAND – Passed away at the VA Hospital in Cheyenne on June 2, 2023. Edmond and his wife Peggy lived in Wheatland for the past 45 years. They had 3 children Stephanie, Jason, and Nick. They also have 3 grandchildren. To honor Edmonds wishes no service will be held. Celebration of life will be held at a later date.
