NOTICE OF FINAL SETTLEMENT
In accordance with Wyoming Statute § 16-6-116, notice is hereby given that the Board of Commissioners, Wheatland Irrigation District, Wheatland, Wyoming, the Owner, has accepted from the Contractor,
Superior Contracting LLC
for the project titled
Tunnel Dam Temporary Diversion Structure Removal
as having been completed under the terms of the contract dated October 1, 2021. Therefore, on December 21, 2021 the District will release to said Contractor all retainage monies due under the contract. All corporations, firms, or persons having claim against this contract are hereby notified to file claims with the Manager of the District before the above said date, at the address below.
