Revegetation of the Tunnel Dam Rehabilitation Project Site
ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed Bids for the Revegetation of the Tunnel Dam Rehabilitation Project Site will be received by Wheatland Irrigation District (District) at the District’s office located at 30 West Frontage Road, Wheatland, WY, 82201, until 2:00 p.m. local time on September 30, 2021. The project consists of the seedbed preparation and planting of approximately 12.5 acres with seeded plants and grasses.
Bids shall be on a per acre basis, as indicated on the Bid Form.
The issuing office for the Bidding Documents is: Wheatland Irrigation District, 30 West Frontage Road, Wheatland, WY 82201.
Bidding Documents may be examined and obtained at the office of Wheatland Irrigation District, 30 West Frontage Road, Wheatland, WY 82201, ATTN: Lee Arrington, 307-322-2740, l.arrington@wheatlandirrigation.org, on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Copies of the Bidding Documents are free.
There will not be an onsite pre-bid conference; however, a self-guided tour of the project site is strongly encouraged.
A bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, as required by Wyoming Statute § 15-1-113, must be submitted with each bid.
The Bidder to which the Contract is awarded will also be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price.
Pursuant to Wyoming Statute § 16-6-106, “preference is hereby given to materials, supplies, agricultural products, equipment, machinery and provisions produced, manufactured or grown in Wyoming, or supplied by a resident of the state, quality being equal to articles offered by the competitors outside of the state”.
