NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE AND
FINAL SETTLEMENT FOR THE
FENCING CONSTRUCTION AT THE TOM THORNE/BETH WILLIAMS
WILDLIFE RESEARCH CENTER
AT SYBILLE
Notice is hereby given that the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, has accepted as complete, according to plans, specifications, and rules governing the same, the work performed under that certain Service Contract 05SC0407789 between the Wyoming Game and Fish Department, whose address is: 5400 Bishop Blvd., Cheyenne, WY 82006 and W/W Fencing whose address is 54 Paradise Valley Road, Laramie, WY 82070 for the work performed, materials, equipment, or tools furnished or used and services rendered for the substantial completion of the fencing construction at the Tom Thorne/Beth Williams Wildlife Research Center at Sybille and the contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore; that the Wyoming Game and Fish Department will cause said Contractor to be paid the full amount due him under said contract on October 21, 2019. The date of the first publication is September 18, 2019.
