Take notice that Matthew J. Britz has filed an application for a Subdivision Permit to subdivide an existing 176-acre tract into two (2) parcels. The smaller parcel, including approximately 2.35 acres, is proposed to be located at the northwest corner of the 176-acre tract at 927 Grange Road, Wheatland, Wyoming. The property is described as part of the NW 1/4 of Section 21, Township 23 North, Range 68 West, Platte County, Wyoming.
The Platte County Planning & Zoning Commission will review the request on Wednesday, May 15th, 2019 at 6:00 PM. The request will then be heard by Platte County Commissioners on Tuesday, May 21st, 2019 at 10:00 AM. Both of these meetings will take place in the Commissioner’s Chambers at the Platte County Courthouse, which is located at 800 9th Street, in Wheatland.
