TRANSFER OF REAL PROPERTY
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Town of Wheatland will be holding a public hearing at 7:30 pm on March 11, 2019 in the Council Chambers located at the Wheatland Town Hall 600 9th Street in Wheatland.
The public hearing will be held to hear testimony from interested persons regarding the transfer of two parcels of land from the Town of Wheatland to Platte County Economic Development (PCED). The properties to be transferred are described as Lots 2 and 3 of Block 2 in the North Park Subdivision.
The property value pursuant to a market analysis is $245,000.00 and the hearing is to determine if the transfer to PCED will benefit the economic development of the Town of Wheatland.
