Roadd & Bridge: Superintendent Angle presented one encroachment license from Wheatland Rural Electric Association for approval. Planning & Zoning: Planner Kalev presented one building certificate for approval from Mickey & Jane Martines. 16th Street Reconstruction Committee: Merlin Hitt, PCED Director, presented the results of a public meeting held in refrence to the proposed 16th Street reconstruction. The Commission reviewed public input from the meeting and approved WYDOT to move forward with the preliminary survey of 16th Street. County Audit Review: Paul Stille, auditor on behalf of Leo Riley & Co., reviewed the county audit for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2018. Pro River Tech: Jon Iglehart and Tom Overstreet spoke on behalf of Pro River Tech. Pro River Tech presented an option to relocate IT services and dispatch, which is part of Phase I of the Courthouse Remodel Project. Grant Contract Amendment: Mr. Shockely motioned, seconded by Mr. Jolovich, to approve an amendment to the contract between the Wyoming Department of Health and Platte County. The motion carried. Depository – Public Funds: Platte Valley Bank and First State Bank were designated by the board as depositories for County funds up to ninety percent of the security furnished by said bank. Aplications for Deposit of Public Funds are filed in the office of the County Clerk as required by law. Sick Leave Donation: Mr. Jolovich motioned, seconded by Mr. Shockley, to approve the donation of 89.14 hours of sick leave from three employees to one employee. The motion carried.Purchase of property: Mr. Shockley motioned, seconded by Mr. Jolovich, to approve the purchase of Tract 5 of the East View Meadows subdivision for the price indicated in closing documents.
