NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR SUMMARY
DECREE OF DISTRIBUTION OF REAL PROPERTY

To any interested person, you are hereby notified that Juanita Jean Latham died on December 6, 2016, in Anacortes, Skagit County, Washington and at the time of her death she owned the following described mineral interests in Platte County, Wyoming.  On the 21st day of December, 2018, Richard D. Latham, Freddie Jean Kutscher, and Steven M. Latham, filed an Application for Summary Decree of Distribution of Real Property in the District Court of the Eighth Judicial District, Platte County, Wyoming, pursuant to the provisions of Wyoming Statutes Sections 2-1-201 and 2-1-205 to establish right and title in and to a 1/3rd mineral interest under the following described property located in Platte County, Wyoming to wit:

Township 21 North, Range 67 West, 6th P.M
Section14: NW¼NW¼, N½SW¼, SW¼NW¼
Section 15: N½SE¼, S½NE¼, NE¼NE¼

Said Application for Decree of Distribution of Real Property is on file and available for inspection in the offices of the Clerk of the District Court, Platte County, Wyoming. If there are no objections to said Application after publication of this notice once a week for two consecutive weeks and if it appears that the facts set forth in the Application are not in dispute, the Court will enter a Decree of Distribution establishing right and title to the property in the Estate of Juanita Jean Latham.
