NOTICE OF FINAL PAYMENT
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to W.S. § 16-6-116 and § 16-6-117, The Trustees of the Platte County Hospital District have accepted all work as substantially complete according to the Agreement, dated October 6, 2017, between the Platte County Hospital District and Wayne Coleman Construction, Inc. (Contractor), for construction of infrastructure improvements. Wayne Coleman Construction, Inc. is entitled to final payment, which will be made on February 5, 2019, the 41st day after the first publication of this notice. Nothing in this notice relieves the Contractor or the sureties on its bond from any claim or claims for the work or labor done, or materials or supplies furnished in the execution of the Agreement. All persons having claims for labor or materials furnished to the Contractor shall present a verified statement of the amount due and unpaid on account of the same to the Platte County Hospital District prior to the day specified for final payment. Failure on the part of the claimant to present such a statement will relieve the Platte County Hospital District from any and all liability on such claim.
