State Republican Party endorses SF104 referendum

BUFFALO The State Central Committee of the Wyoming Republican Party met Saturday to hold its second quarter meeting. During that meeting, a resolution was passed to endorse the referendum to repeal Senate File 104 (SF104). The referendum seeks to repeal 2013 Senate Enrolled Act l (the law resulting from the passage of SF104), which amended the duties of, and transferred specified duties from, the state superintendent of public instruction to the director of the state Department of Education.
