Two more sentenced in cruelty case

WHEATLAND – The people reportedly involved in the Wyoming Premium Farms animal cruelty case uncovered last year are still being processed through the court system.

According to court documents, Richard Pritekel and Edward Raymond “Jake” Pritekel have been sentenced recently. Edward, accused of three counts of animal cruelty, was found guilty of two counts. He has been sentence to 60 days in jail for each count to run concurrently, meaning he will be serving both sentences at the same time. Additionally, He was given a suspended sentence of 60 more days and ordered to pay $750 in fines with $600 suspended. Upon his release, he would undergo unsupervised probation for six months.
