WHEATLAND A story on the Brindle Saddle Shop was published in this paper a few years ago when Jim Brindle was selected to make a blanket for Cowboy Joe, UW's mascot. However, that leather blanket was nothing to the more intricate skill this man has he saddle itself.

Walking into his shop on Brookside Road, one instantly knows this man must be good at what he does. The building of saddles started when he was young.
