Torrington man pleads guilty in Guernsey State Park fire charges

WHEATLAND-The man arrested and charged in connection with the Guernsey State Park fire last June changed his plea in a last minute decision before the case was scheduled for trial last week.

Thomas Dean Pierson, 36, of Torrington, pled guilty to a charge of third degree arson and will be sentenced in district court in Wheatland following a pre-sentence hearing.
