WHEATLAND - The past week’s games were tough losses for the Lady Bulldogs coming back into play after a break in December.
The girls basketball team fell to Newcastle at home 45-34 and to the Torrington Lady Blazers on the road 70-34.
The last victory for the Lady Bulldogs was against the Worland Lady Warriors 38-31 on Dec. 14.
The girls team hopes to turn things around as they square off against the Buffalo Lady Bison in Wheatland. The freshmen tip off at 4 p.m., junior varsity is set to play at 5:30 p.m. and the varsity team is slated for 7 p.m.
The Buffalo Lady Bison are coming off a two game winning streak this week, taking down Worland in a double-overtime, 48-47 victory and beating Glenrock 52-39.
