A funeral service for Richard L. Snook, 71, was held Monday, April 1, 2013 at 10 a.m. at the First Christian Church in Wheatland with Pastor Andy Gudahl officiating.
Richard Snook a resident of Wheatland passed away Wednesday, March 27, 2013 at his home of natural causes.
Richard was born June 27, 1941 in Wheatland, the son of Richard F. and Edith (Blanton) Snook.
He was raised in Wheatland. Richard served in the U.S. Army from 1962 to1965.
Richard is survived by his wife of 32 years, Evelyn Snook of Wheatland; son, Alan (Misty) Snook; daughters, Rochell (Robert), Kristal, and Velvet (Brad); brother, Dale Snook; sisters, Lila Driscol, Betty Jenkins, and Patty Bartlett; nine grandchildren; and three great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents; infant brother, Robert “Bobby” Snook on Feb. 6, 1946; sister, Darlene Frances Montgomery on Jan. 5, 1994; infant son, Dusty Snook on Dec. 28, 1970; and sister-in-law, Elsie.
A memorial is to the Richard L. Snook Memorial, C/O Wells Fargo, 874 Gilchrist Street, Wheatland, WY 82201 would be appreciated by the family.
