Work ethic makes the difference

WHEATLAND - Perhaps you've seen a seasoned fella driving around Wheatland or Chugwater. With his white hair laying down the back of his well-worn coat, Lloyd Ramseier adds character to the morning coffee-drinkers, paper-readers at Byers' Interstate Gas Shell Station on 16th Street.

Drafted into WWII, he saw Italy towards the culmination of the war as an infantry "ground pounder," but ended up as a replacement in the 10th Mountain Division Ski Troops who were already there.
