Miss Wyoming is third runner-up in Miss America Pageant

LAS VEGAS – Miss Wyoming Lexie Madden, of Torrington, made the final five during Saturday’s 2013 Miss America Pageant. She ultimated clinched the third runner-up spot, earning a $15,000 cash scholarship.
