WHEATLAND - Being greeted by three Golden Retrievers and a young Cavalier King Charles Spaniel, five cats and two two-legged animals of the human variety made for a spirited introduction to a lovely afternoon. Retired Episcopal Priest Rev. Ray Grieb and retired Judge/dog trainer/AKC Breeder of Merit Leslie Dickerson Grieb allowed a view into lives filled with enjoyment.
Sitting in what is referred to as "the duck blind" (a sitting room with three sides of sliding glass doors that looks out on a pond with upwards of 500 geese using it as a landing field) made for an outstanding place to listen to wonderful stories. And it sure wasn't the typical duck blind--it was warm and dry!
