A Glendo man has been arrested on charges of Misdemeanor Possession of a Controlled Substance, methamphetamine, and Felony possession of stolen property.
Lloyd Sommers, 54, was arrested after a search warrant was executed at his residence, 962 S. Glendo Highway, by agents from the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation's Northeast and Southeast Enforcement Teams (NEET, SEET), along with deputies from the Platte County Sheriff's Office.
The search warrant was obtained and executed for the possible presence of clandestine methamphetamine laboratory materials and chemicals and was a result of information gained from an earlier search warrant at 4316 Olive Avenue in Gillette, Wyo.
More charges related to the clandestine laboratory operation are expected against Sommers this week. The search warrant was the result of a month-long multi-agency investigation.
The investigation is ongoing with more arrests expected.
