The Office of State Lands and Investments will hold a public hearing in Chugwater, Wyoming on the proposed sale of an undivided one-half interest in the southwesterly 200 feet of Lot 1 and all of Lot 2, Block 12 in the Town of Chugwater. A detailed analysis of the proposed sale is available to the public on-line at http://slf-web.state.wy.us/ or in hard copy in the Office of State Lands and Investments, the Chugwater Town Hall, the Platte County Clerk’s and Treasurer’s Office, The Platte County Public Library, the City Clerk’s Office, and the Platte County Commissioner’s Office located in Wheatland.

The hearing will be held at 7:00 p.m., August 19, 2009 at the Chugwater Community Center located at 311 2nd Street in Chugwater, Wyoming. Please note that Board of Land Commissioners members may be attending the hearing.
